Clemson is seeking bids for a qualified company to supply deliverables and effort to implement a new instance of Salesforce CRM and train all staff. At the completion of the project, the solution should provide the following: - Centralized repository for tracking participants through initial interest through participation. - A scalable CRM foundation that will allow IEA to support program/study growth in the future, including the addition of data spaces, sources and streams. - Provides increased visibility and reporting capabilities to increase staff efficiency.
