The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE LIMITED-SOURCES JUSTIFICATION for firm fixed price purchase order to Carasoft Technology Corp.

We propose to contract with Carasoft Technology Corp which houses the Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that allows organizations to manage relationships and the data and information associated with them. This application will be used to support NCCDPHP’s Award Management Platform (AMP) project that will be used to coordinate activities and data between 21 programs, 19 states, and 2 tribal organizations under the WISEWOMAN program.

The CRM system used for the AMP project has the capability to automatically recommend answers for frequently asked questions to the clients. Based on alternative analysis previously conducted by our Center, Salesforce is the only cloud-based CRM system that has this capability. This procurement is to extend licenses for another year to support 8 divisions and the OD within NCCDPHP.

The WISEWOMAN program currently utilizes Salesforce’s cloud based software as a Service (SaaS) platform.  AMP will need to acquire Salesforce licenses to operate within WISEWOMAN’s HHS FedRAMP environment.
