Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM, PST, January 4, 2023, for the San Ysidro Lighting/Picnic Area Improvements Project, No. 23-PW-277. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment necessary to perform the removal and replacement of ten (10) existing luminaires, sixteen (16) luminaires from existing light poles, installation of an 839 SF concrete pad, removal and replacement of nine (9) picnic tables, removal and replacement of five (5) rotating pedestal grills, installation of a shaded structure, and the installation of three (3) trash/recycling receptacles. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the bid documents can be obtained from the City of Gilroy Website at: https://www.cityofgilroy.org/Bids.aspx. Bids delivered before January 4, 2023 at 1:30 PM must be delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall. Please note that City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays by appointment only. All visitors must check in at the Information Desk.
