Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Kittery ME is seeking to identify sources capable of accomplishing a Firm Fixed Price contract for Sandwich Lunch in accordance with Attachment 1, DRAFT Statement of Work

The FOB Destination and place of performance will be Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Kittery, Maine.

• The anticipated delivery date for the resultant contract is mid-August 2021. The actual delivery date and time will be specified in a future solicitation to be posted at a later date.

Interested parties must be able to complete all work and meet all specifications outlined within the DRAFT Statement of Work.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991 (Food, prepared, perishable, packaged for individual resale)

This sources sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing these services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an Request for Quote (RFQ). Therefore, all interested parties are encouraged to respond.

In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:

            1. Able to meet all specifications outlined in Attachment 1, DRAFT Statement of Work

            2. Has an active CAGE code with the SAM.gov

            3. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List

Responses should include the following information:

1. Responder’s contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE code, business size and TIN

            2. Previous Contracts Performed for Similar Scope of Work

            3. Responder’s business size in accordance with NAICS Code 311991

            4. Responder’s may submit marketing materials, capabilities statement, etc.
