This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that NAVFAC EURAFSWA intends to solicit proposals and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract. The work includes the sanitation improvements to Corlateni, Mihaileni, and Elizaveta Schools in Moldova.

The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will utilize simplified acquisition procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal and past performance, as well as a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 and the annual size standard is $33,500,000.

The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor shall complete all works within 330 calendar days after contract award.
