This procurement is intended as a sole source requirement for Sans Tranining vouchers with the Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies.  This institution is certified to provide the required training needed.  

Training vouchers for 145,000 training credits  will be used for computer based learning as well as certification exam costs for GSEC, GCIH, GCED, GICSP, GSLC, and GCWN.   Training voucher will be available for a period of 1 year from 1 September 2017- 31 August 2018.

This is not a request for quotes, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and/or quote, which shall be considerd by the New York Army National Guard.
