NOTICE OF INTENT:   The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, intends to enter into a sole source firm-fixed price service contract with Outerlink Corporation, 175 Cabot Street, Suite 311, Lowell, MA 01854, for the purchase of Mobile Asset Tracking and Data Messaging system service in support of the Air and Marine Operations Center.  The anticipated period of performance will be for one year from the date of award. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.

 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
