The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the 3 known vendors that can supply the needed satellite-tracked surface drifting buoys ("drifters").

Interested vendors must submit their response to this posting in accordance with the "Response Information Required for this Notice" section of the attached "Sources Sought" document.
