A pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Jackson Hall. SCC Beatrice Campus. Attendance is highly recommended. Bids in response to the RFP shall be submitted and received at the address below no later than 2:00 pm, October 15, 2021. Bids must be mailed, parcel service or hand delivered. No faxes or emails or any other electronic or telephonic submission will be accepted. Bids for a lump sum for both buildings will be accepted. Southeast Community College, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, is requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Contractor for Demolition Services on the Beatrice Campus. Project consists of the Complete demolition and removal/ haul off of two (2) existing buildings, Jackson and Adams Halls, including all footings and foundations. Work is to follow all Local, State, and Federal Laws.
