A site walkover will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 1:00 pm. The Schaefer Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals or firms (Consultant) to provide biological services for the GHAD (Figures 1 and 2) as listed on the attached bid sheet (Exhibit A). The Contract will extend through June 30, 2026. The parcels are within the Schaefer Ranch development.
