The U.S. Food and Drug Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Schrodinger, LLC to provide Schrodinger Suite License Renewal. The Schrodinger Suite is a comprehensive package of chemical simulation software engineered specifically for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology research. The predictive power of Schrodinger's software accelerates research and development activities, and provides the precision tooling for the analysis needed to support research endeavors.
This chemical simulation software must include the following: Visualization & Automation (Cloud, Job Control, Maestro 9.3, KNIME Extensions 1.5, PyMOL 1.5), Structure-Based Lead Discovery, Lead Optimization & ADME/Tox Prediction (CombiGiide 2.8, Glide 5.8, Induced Fit Docking (IFD), Prime MM-GBSA 2.0, OM-Polarized Ligand Docking (QPLD), SiteMap 2.6, Virtual Screening Workflow (VSW)), Protein Modeling & Refinement (Prime 3.1, PrimeX 1.9), Ligand Based & Pharmacophore Modeling (Core Hopping 1.2, Phase 3.4, QikProp 3.5), Cheminformatics & amp; QSAR (Canvas 1.5, R-Group Analysis (Stand-alone, Maestro, Canvas, Seurat), Scaffold Decomposition (Stand-alone, Maestro, Canvas, Seurat), Seurat 6.3), Medicinal Chemistry Applications (Maestro Elements 1.3), and Molecular Modeling & Simulations (ConfGen 2.4, Desmond 3.1, Epik 2.3, Jaguar and Jaguar pKa 7.9, LigPrep 2.5, MacroModel 9.9, QSite 5.8, Semiempirical NDDO Library (Maestro)). Schrodinger Suite is Windows 7 64-bit compatible.
The period of performance for this requirement is for a base period of one year and four one-year option years. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(2)(i).
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capability to perform these services, which will be considered by the Agency.
