The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), with Schunk Intec, Inc. for the acquisition of a Schunk SDH2 3-fingered robotic hand with pressure sensing tactile sensing capabilities to be used by the Engineering Laboratory, at NIST in Gaithersburg, MD.
