This Project includes: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION. PROJECT TITLE: Replace Perimeter Intrusion Detection System – SCI Muncy. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This project upgrades the site's Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) taut wire and fence shaker systems. Existing and new PIDS's components shall be integrated to create one complete system. ESTIMATED RANGE: .4 = $1,000,000. to $2,000,000. Liquidated Damages - .4 Electrical Construction = $370.00 per day. THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 10:00am at SCI Muncy, training Room inside the Facility, 6454 State Route 405, Muncy, PA 17756. They are permitted to bring in drawings, note pad and writing utensils. Cameras will not be permitted however if any pictures are required DOC will take them and email to DGS for distribution. Pre-Bid Conference Tours may need to be staggered, depending on number of attendees, to comply with COVID-19 guidelines. Multiple conference rooms and a 3-hr time frame have been allotted for the Pre-Bid Conference. Any company wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must review, sign, and return the DGS Guidance document, via email, to SCI_Muncy_-_Replace_Perimeter_Intrusion.10_DGS_Guidance_Document@docs.e-builder.net at least 72 hours in advance of the pre-bid meeting for inclusion on an attendee list. Each company will be restricted to two attendees at the pre-bid.
