The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of ScienceDirect online services to provide access to three (3) subject collections for the period of 2/1/12 - 1/31/13:

Itemized Line 0002: Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology
Itemized Line 0003: Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics
The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to the responsive, responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated based on 1) Technical Capability and 2) Past Performance. All responses shall be submitted electronically to [email protected]. The deadline for questions is 1/24/12 at 10:00am EST. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1/30/12 at 10:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
