NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to:  American Chemical Society

This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with American Chemical Society, 2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202-1505 for SciFinder Enterprise.  Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code:  518210, FSC Code:  D317 and Size Standard:  $32.5 Million.  Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 08 August 2016.  Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields, Fax (301) 744-6632 or [email protected].
