This requirement is sole sourced to Emenda USA 3520 Scheele Dr. Jackson, MI 49202 as these are renewals of existing software and Emenda USA is the sole authorized distributor in North America for Scientific Toolworks Inc., 328 N. Old Highway 92 Ste A, Hurricane, UT 84737-3100.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5053 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
