The Bureau of Reclamation requires subject matter experts for services on an independent Consulting Review Board (CRB) to review the analyses of Scoggins Dam. The CRB will be comprised of subject matter experts having specific and unique expertise, with extensive knowledge and experience in geotechnical engineering, soil strength, soil-structure interaction, earthquake engineering, seismology, and risk analysis.
