The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Innovative Product Achievemnet, LLC. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
This notice will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO the website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 511210, Software Publishers; the size standard is 38.5 million dollars.
The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Innovative Product Achievements, LLC, 1105 Satellite BLVD, Suite 300, Suwanee, Gerogia 30024 for Full Service Maintenance and provider of Software for the Scrubex system and is the only system that meets DON's requirements.
Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by General Electric Innovative Product Achievements, LLC as they are the sole provider of the software and Scrubex dispensers and hold all data, machinery and processes for production of this equipment.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 5 pm, EST, August 18, 2016. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered.
