The proposed scope of construction is summarized as follows: a. Protect existing pool deck/basin equipment (main drain, piping, handrails, starting blocks, etc.) from damage due to construction. b. Owner to empty the pool basin prior to construction, coordinate as necessary. c. Remove the existing underwater window. Fill opening with concrete and tile to match existing pool basin. d. Remove existing lane line and safety rope cup anchors and eye bolts. Install new rope anchor eyebolts. Patch holes and restore tile to match existing. e. Remove and replace existing custom wall inlet fittings. f. Remove and replace broken/ missing pool basin tile. g. Repair instances of broken/ missing tile on the existing pool curb with grout or tile. h. Remove existing pool basin tile grout to install new tile grout. i. Clean natatorium of dust and debris due to construction. j. Owner to refill pool basin after construction is completed and the basin is cleaned, coordinate as necessary.
