The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Western Acquisition Division (WAD) - Seattle, and the Office of Marine and Aviation Operation (OMAO), intends to award contract to Johnson Outdoors Inc.; ScubaPro in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract will be a commodity buy and firm fixed price. Johnson Outdoors Inc. is the only known business that meets the requirements and specifications to meet the needs of the NOAA Diver Center.

The following will be procured:
696 Scuba Pro regulators - Brand: MK17 EVO/G260 Yoke, MK 17 EVO/G260 DIN regulators, and
132 G260 second stage regulators - Brand: G260 retrofitted to be used with an Octopus
One service part kit for each regulator will be included.
