The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, with SDL, 201 Edgewater Drive, Suite 225, Wakefield, MA 01880, for development of a standalone instance for and the provision of additional development licenses of the XML Professional Publisher (XPP) software tool. SDL is the sole proprietor and developer for the XPP tool.

 Specific required tasking includes: 

• Task 1: Standalone Version of XPP for Evaluation Purposes
• Task 2: Standalone Version of XPP for Beta Release
• Task 3: Professional Services and Development
• Task 4: Development Licenses of XPP Standalone Instance
• Task 5: XPP User Licenses for Beta Release
