This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is for a potential three (3) year contract for various sole and approved source NSNs. The IQC will be for a one 1.5 year base period, with one 1.5 year option to extend the term of the contract. The procurement is for 200 restricted Core NSNs. The Core List has been included in this notice. The non-core items consist of all items that have been identify as Seals within the 5330 federal stock class (FSC) and that have been classify as sole or approved source items. If the need arises to add additional items, this will be completed on a post award basis via the Add / Delete Clause. Required delivery schedule is 120 days after the date of each order. Numbered note 12 applies to those items which have more than one source listed on the item description.
