State Street, PO Box 898, Nunda, NY 14517, for the purchase of brand name chairs:  EDU2 300 Mid Back Height Task Chairs and EDU2 300 4-Leg Stool.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price delivery order.  The sole source determination was approved and a redacted version is attached.  Interested vendors that can provide the brand name products may submit capability statements to [email protected] by the closing date of this notice.
