This request is for a non-personal sevices contract for concealed soft amour vests and tactical outer carrier vests.

Item 1
Quantity: 86 ea
Inner Vest- Vest shall be a concealable type carrier to be worn underneath clothing. Vests shall include soft armor inserts for all applicable panel inserts. Vests shall come with front and back plate holders and plates. Armor inserts shall be interchangeable with a separate outer armor carrier listed as item 2 of this requirement. Plates shall be rated to NIJ-0101.06 ballistic requirements with a threat level of IIIA (certified and tested to protect against back face signature BFS of .357 SIG and .44 Mag). Inner ballistic plates shall be made of a flexible woven material with the outer cover/ plate carrier being made of a waterproof rip-stop nylon. Plate carrier shall be black in color.

Quantity: 60 ea
Outer Vest - Vest shall be tactical type outer carrier, capable of carrying the soft armor inserts from item 1 (Inner vest) of this requirement. Outer vest shall include MOLLE Gear capability on both front and back aspects for attaching MOLLE type accessories as well as ID tag attachment points. Outer carrier shall be black in color.
