2. COLD WEATHER LAYERING SYSTEM MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
(part No. MKIT00001) must include the following:
A) Element Jacket (Free IWOL) - OCP Coyote Brown (#MJKT00046)
B) Element Pants (Free IWOL) - OCP Coyote Brown (#MPNT00056)
C) Altitude Softshell Jacket - OCP Coyote Brown (#MJKT00066)
D) Altitude Softshell Pants - OCP Coyote Brown (#MPNT00082)
3. Each Cold Weather Layering System will have a corresponding size and quantity:

4. SPECIFICS:
A) Quote must have shipping cost included
B) Contractor/Vendor shall deliver to 32 77th St N Bldg. 510, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402-7539.
C) Delivery will be no later than 150 days after date of contract.

CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
