The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Security Studies Program, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge MA for the Air Force Fellowship program, which is equivalent to Professional Military Education (PME) for Colonels.This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firmed-fixed price contract. If there are any other business that can provide the specified services they must respond to this notice before 1300 hrs (Central Time) on 17 Jul 2009.
