The  US Forest Service at the Savannah River Site has a requirement for Nursery seedling bed space for growing spring-sown bare root longleaf pine seedling in linear feet and delivering to the US Forest Service located on the Savanah River Site.  Nurseries must be located within 200 miles of Aiken, SC. The requirement is for a Blanket Purcase Agreement (BPA) with a Base period of  7 months and 4 one year option periods Maximum to be awarded under this resultant BPA is $300,000 pver the life of the contract.  The savannah iver Site is a Department of Energy Restricted Site See Solicttion for specil access requirements.
