The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 4,485 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 3,900/ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of fully serviced office space by the Lessor within the municipality of Arecibo, Puerto Rico in ready move in, quality finished condition, to be used as office space.  (Project No. 2PR0117).   The Lease term will be for ten years, with five years firm term, sixty dats cancellation right in whole or in part and must be located within the following boundaries:

 North:  Atlantic Ocean, RD #2 KM 81.0 - 83.6, Arecibo

South:  RD #22, KN. 80.4 Int.; RD #129 & 492, Arecibo

East:    RD #129 KM. 8.0, Arecibo

West:   RD #22 KM. 80.4 - 83.6, Arecibo

 This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations, security and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
