The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Crow Service Unit is seeking sources for GENERAL WASTE (Solid Waste) REMOVAL SERVICES for the following locations:

1. Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital, One Hospital Way, Crow Agency, MT 59022.

2. Indian Health Service Pryor Clinic, Main Street, Pryor, MT 59066

3. Indian Health Service Lodge Grass Clinic, Harding Ave & G Street, Lodge Grass, MT 59050

The scheduled removal of general waste generated by the clinics throughout the year is necessary.
