1. Previous projects of similar scope and value -Two or more seismic retrofit projects in operational buildings with a $3M to $5M constructed value range within the last five years. Your past performance projects shall consist of two or more HVAC rehabilitation or replacement projects completed within the last five years, and a minimum of one project including hazardous materials remediation.
2. Project Location - Three or more construction projects performed in the Western United States in the last five years indicating familiarity with local conditions and subcontracting community.
3. Cost control, project schedule, and quality of work - A list of projects that demonstrate a proven record of excellent performance by reducing cost, exceeding quality requirements and completing project ahead of time and on or below budget. Indicate a percentage of change order value relative to the total construction value. Define the Safety and Quality Control procedures and protocols that are consistently applied to all projects.
4. Government Experience - Describe previous contract experience working on public sector projects over last 5 years. In addition, your statement of qualifications should also address your project management team's proven record of performance working on projects with the Federal Government or public sector, and recent seismic retrofit project experience.
5. Project Tools/Software - Include any relevant information that will address if the tools and software used are of current industry standards - indicate project management tools and software employed on projects.

Entities responding to this Sources Sought Notice should submit the minimum information necessary for the Government to make a determination that the source is capable of satisfying the requirements. The response must be specific to each of the criteria listed above to demonstrate that the respondent is capable. The submissions shall not exceed 20 pages.

Acknowledgment of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the Government's evaluation of the information received.
