This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090115. NAICS is 221310 with a small business size standard of $7M. Solicitation is for commercial purchase of
BRAND NAME OR EQUAL items as set forth in FAR 52.211-06.

This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products manufactured by Douglas Equipment International. Please see the attachment for further details on the desired equipment and the terms and conditions of the contemplative contract.
