NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Submillimeter Enceladus Life Fundamentals Instrument (SELFI) project. This procurement is for the development of a high sensitivity receiver, that will include a submm-wave Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs). The scope of work includes design, fabricate, test, and delivery of the LNA's. The design will be approved by the GSFC technical representative. Testing and demonstration of the LNA's will be done in an Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) controlled area. The LNA's will be shipped to GSFC.
The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about late March 2018 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about late April 2018.
