The purpose of this modification:
Change PTRS108 Part Number to PHTS108 (Portable Hand-held Telemetry Simulator).
Change " Built in Frame Sync and Frame Structure Generation & Reception" in Section C, paragraph 4.0 to "Built in Frame Sync".
Change "Modulations: PCM/FM, SOQPSK-TG, Multi-h CPM" in Section C, paragraph 4.0 to "Modulations: PCM/FM, SOQPSK-TG, Multi-h CPM, BPSK and QPSK".
Change Delivery date in Section F, CLIN 001 from "30 days ARC" to "90 days ARC".
