NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE .The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to issue a sole source-firm fixed price contract to the Alan L. Freed Associates Inc. The services required are only available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the Agency's requirement. The Contractor will tailor a customized set of seminars to include three day offerings; of White House, Capitol Hill, and foreign Policy Workshops. The NGA tailored curriculum emphasizes US National Security and Defense issues, Global Economic and International areas of concern that directly impact the NGA mission. This event will be held April 19-21 2010. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
