The primary purpose of this position is to assist USAID/Colombia and the Government of Colombia (GOC) as a senior program analyst and manager in developing and implementing one of the largest and most sensitive Democratic Governance (DG) programs in the world. The Senior DG Advisor will perform this function across the Mission’s DG portfolio, with a particular focus on justice and human rights in post conflict zones of Colombia.
