The purpose of this amendment to DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-17-R-0041 is to notify all potential bidders that in order to receive the RFP and attachments after 25 Aug 2017, you are required to have a facility that meets Intelligence Community Directive Number 705 (ICD 705) requirements. If you plan to request a copy of the RFP and attachments for the Sentinel A4 requirement, please notify the Contracting Officer, Mr. Johnny Keith, [email protected] NLT COB 25 Aug 2017 of your intent to request RFP and attachments.

Additionally, in order to confirm that your facility meets ICD 705 requirements, and for any questions pertaining to ICD 705 requirements, you must contact either Mr. Walter Lechman at 256-955-2438, or Mrs. Sandra Bentley at 256-842-2658, as soon as possible.

As of 26 Aug 2017, no further solicitation documentation will be placed on FedBizOpps, per FAR 5.202. The RFP, RFP attachments, and any communication regarding the Sentinel A4 requirement will only be provided to those potential bidders who respond with intent to participate NLT COB 25 Aug 2017, AND who state their intent to have a confirmed facility that meets ICD 705, available by 31 Jan 2018.
