This acquisition is being conducted under Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA).

On or about 2 July 2021, DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), Special Emergency Procurement acquisition under FAR 13.5 Procedures. There are 3 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) to support the AN/ARN-147, AN/ARN-149, and AN/ARN-153 tactical navigation and landing (TACAN) systems for Army helicopters: NSN 5826-01-444-0314, Radio Receiver; NSN 5826-01-600-6180, Radio Receiver; and NSN 5826-01-386-8807, Radio Set. Market research suggests that CAGE 13499 Collins Aerospace (previously Rockwell Collins) is the sole approved source capable of providing the required items. RFQ will be other than full and open competition. Contract ceiling of $15,000,000.
