Answer: For year 1, it was 80%. For year 2, it was 94.4%;
Question 2: Can the Performance/Maintenance records be made available tp prospective bidders?
Answer: Yes. See attached Maintenance Log (Parts 1, 2, and 3).
Question 3: Has 24/7 monitoring been used on this project?
Answer: Yes.
Question 4: Will prospective bidders have the chance to tour the turbine before the submission due date?

Question 5: Is the Turbines SCADA system capable of sending notification massages in the event an error occurs?
Answer: No. However that would be an interesting feature.
