Maintenance Agreement
This service contract should include unlimited labor and repair, travel, phone and web support, OEM parts including tubes and consumables, unlimited shipping of parts, all software and hardware installation costs, one preventive maintenance visit per contract period, and access to loaner equipment when available. Once contacted, the service contractor shall provide resolution within 5 business days (via repair or loaner of instrument). Instrumentation to be covered by this service contract includes the Bruker S8 Tiger Spectrometer (serial number 213204).
Year 1
Task 1 – This service contract should include unlimited labor and repair, travel, phone and web support, OEM parts including tubes and consumables, unlimited shipping of parts, all software and hardware installation costs, one preventive maintenance visit per contract period, and access to loaner equipment when available.
The ERDC point of contact (POC) will contact the vendor at any time during the 12 month duration of the contracting period if the instrumentation becomes inoperable and also will schedule one preventative maintenance visit during the contract duration. Once contacted, the service contractor shall provide resolution within 5 business days (via repair or loaner of instrument). The service contractor shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the service contract agreement. The contractor shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
