NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA, 98312, intends to award a sole source FIRM-FIXED PRICE contract to provide maintenance / validation services of the Rees Centron SQL monitoring and notification systems located at Naval Hospital Bremerton in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). This requirement is for the period of one year. Rees Scientific, 1007 Whitehead Road, Trenton, NJ 08638, has identified themselves as the only certified authorized provider.
The maintenance contract will cover the following:

•Service plan (VAL/SERV B) to include the following parts: (1)VAL-KIT-CENSQL, (6)VAL-KIT-SAT, (111)V2-BATTS.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5M. No solicitation package will be issued. This is not a request for quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement above may give written notification to the point of contact no later than 3:00 P.M. (PST) on March 18, 2016. Prospective vendors shall provide certification from original equipment manufacturer that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to OEM parts and supplies. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
