The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute on Aging (NIA) has a requirement for system warranty and extended warranty for one Beadstation Instrument-BeadStationPlus and one Liha-Plus Instrument. The warranty service contract level includes full coverage on all parts and labor, 1 preventative maintenance visit per year, 3 day average on-site response time, critical and non-critical updates, demos, and applications training. Period of performance is 12 months. Offers will also be evaluated on best value in relation to price. Quotations are to be sent electronically to [email protected].
