Bruker Scientific, LLC is the only provider for service and support for this instrument. This instrument has been validated using only Bruker's proportioned Matrix. Bruker is the only source for the Matrix and consumables for this instrument. Agency is seeking sole-source approval as Bruker Scientific, LLC has worked with the CDC to develop exclusive protocols that are specific to this instrument.
