Sealed proposal for SESAME STREET CULVERT REPLACEMENT for the City of Opa-locka will be received by the City’s Clerk Office, 780 Fisherman St, 4th Floor, Opa-locka, Florida 33054, Monday, October 16, 2023, by 2:00pm EST. Any RFP Package received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. The OCRA will be accepting proposals by mail, however it is your responsibility to submit your proposal by the due date. In addition, proposal may be submitted via www.demandstar.com (e-bid) by 2:00pm. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the RFP NO: 23-1016200 requirements.
