Notice is hereby given that the Burke County Board of Commissioners (BCBOC) is seeking proposals for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) service to serve all of its facilities. Proposal shall include contract to service current Avaya phone system along with unit pricing for maintenance of phone systems. Please find the attached “APPENDIX A - Bid Form” for pricing breakdown requirements. This form must be used to submit bid pricing. Proposals must be received by 3:00P.M. local time at the date and location specified below. The Burke County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids at their sole discretion. Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Please include the following information in your proposal with submittal in a sealed envelope: a title page, letter of introduction, company profile and vendor information, detailed response and the attached bid form.
