Worker Protection & Investment Certification Form Failure to complete and return these items may result in the rejection of your bid. Return all completed documents no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2022. Vendor is required to answer all attribute questions on IFB. Bids that are submitted without completed attributes will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PA Supplier Portal. If a bid is not received by the bid opening date and time, the Department will not consider the bid for award. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in bids, and to accept or reject any part of any bid if the best interests of the Commonwealth are thereby served.
