Notice of Invitation – Luzerne County Children and Youth Services/Juvenile Probation Services (“LCCYS/JPO”) invites qualified agencies to submit a proposal to provide Sex Offender Evaluation Services for the calendar year January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. There is no expressed or implied obligation for LCCYS/JPO to reimburse responding agencies for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
