The Integrated Library System (ILS) Program Office requires its Annual Maintenance Plans Knowledge base Update Service for the proprietary SFX application owned by Ex Libris (USA) Inc.  The Maintenance Plans and Knowledgebase must meet all the requirements specified in the attached draft statement of work (SOW).

The Library intends to issue this requirement as a sole source order to Ex Libris (USA) Inc.  Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached SOW.
