CITY OF HILLSBORO SHARC SHOWER ROOM IMPROVEMENTS Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: April 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM PST First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than April 21, 2022 at 4:00 PM PST INVITATION TO BID (ITB) - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT ITB NO. FFD-60 The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide general contracting services to renovate the existing men's and women's shower and locker rooms at the Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). The overall scope of work will include locker removal/replacement, shower partitions, shower benching, shower rods/curtains, minor plumbing, and electrical improvements. Please note: there is a limited amount of time to complete this renovation - 3 weeks. The project will begin Monday, August 29, 2022, and end with a final completion date of Friday, September 16, 2022. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. There will be a Mandatory pre-bid meeting. Late bids will be rejected as non- responsive. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure: A Bidder may submit First-Tier Subcontractor disclosure with their bid or may submit it to the City Contact by email. If submitting by email, Bidder is responsible for assuring the email is received timely by the City. To submit a bid: Bidders must first register on the City's eBidding site at: https://www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/ Bid-RFP. Vendor registration is at no charge. A subscription to the Biddingo system is not required. Once the Bidder has accessed and downloaded all the necessary ITB documents, Bidders can submit a bid.
