The construction involves grinding and installation of approximately 0.50-mile overlay on Shaw Avenue from Clovis to Sunnyside, adjustments of existing facilities to finish grades, replacements of concrete curbs, gutters, ADA curb returns, traffic loop detectors, traffic striping, and modification of existing traffic signal. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Shaw Avenue Street Improvements".
