The construction involves modification to the traffic signalization at the intersection of Shaw Avenue and Cole Avenue. The work shall include, but not be limited to, expansion of the west bound left turn lane on Shaw Avenue, earthwork, grading, installation of Class 2 aggregate base, asphalt concrete paving, saw cutting, modification to the existing median island, traffic signal facilities, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb returns, traffic striping, and signage. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Shaw-Cole Traffic Signal Modification"
